We have a 24 hour cancellation/reschedule policy that we enforce strictly. Cancellations or reschedules made within the 24 hour period prior to your appointment time or no shows will be charged in full to cover your technician's time.

Appointments made on the same day are final and cannot be rescheduled.

If you feel like you might not be able to make your appointment, try and have a secondary person who could take your place.​

We do not respond through email or social media regarding appointments. Please call the salon to make adjustments or cancellations to your service and leave us a voicemail message if you are calling during our off hours.

One service at a time. Please book them one after the other. We do not perform your mani and pedi at the same time.

We do not accept cash.

Please arrive 10 min early to your appointment and call if you are running late.

If you are later than 15 minutes to your appointment we cannot guarantee that we will have enough time to complete the full service.

Because we reserve the time for you, you will still be charged the full amount even if we cannot complete the service due to clients tardiness.

No dip. No acrylics. No hard gel. We cannot remove them.

Unexpected acrylic/dip/hard gel removals will be charged a $25 dollar fee and may take up the entire appointment time.

Please let us know if you have soft gel to remove on your hands or feet.
​​

Please let us know if we need to fix chipped, lifted or bubbling polish within three days of your last appointment or we will be unable to do the repair.
